Coseal surgical sealant is a synthetic sealing agent indicated for vascular reconstructions by mechanical sealing. During cardiac surgery Coseal can be used to reduce the incidence, severity and extent of post surgical adhesion formation.

Tisseel Duo 500 is a fibrin sealant modelled on nature produced from human Fibrin and Thrombin. Tisseel is used during surgical procedures to produce haemostasis and works by mimicking the natural healing process. Tisseel is commonly used in general surgery, neurosurgery, burns surgery and plastic surgery.
